1. 15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days from the date you receive your order for any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn (purchase from www.jisulife.com.my)
  • In the original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if any) must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if product is damaged or defective)

Our team will provide return instructions once approved.

Please do not send products back without prior approval.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos

We will arrange:

  • Replacement

at no additional cost to you.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products returned after 15 days
